Apricot Crumble tart

Ingredients
100g plain Flour
15g Corn Flour
35g Caster Sugar
75g Butter
2-3 Fresh Apricots
1 Tablespoon of good quality Apricot jam
25g Oats
1 1/2 table spoons light brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
a little gtated Nutmeg

Method
1 Preheat oven to 180oC/350oF/gas4.
2 Rub a little butter around the inside of your tin.
3 Sift the flour, cornflour and caster sugar, cut the butter into small pieces and rub in using fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.
4 Weigh out 50g of mixture and put to one side for the topping. Put the rest of the mixture into the tin. Give it a shake, and press it down using your hands to make a firm even layer.
5 Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
6 Cut Apricots in half and slice, mix with the apricot jam.
7 To the 50g of reserved crumb mixture add the oats, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
8 After 10 minutes remove the tin from the oven. Gently spread over the apricot and jam mixture, then sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
9 Return the tart to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
10 Cool on a wire rack.
