Mini Garlic Dough Balls

Ingredients
100g self raising flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
50g soft butter
1 teaspoon sugar
1 small egg - or use 1/2 a large egg
75ml Milk
2 cloves of garlic
50g grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs/basil
A little grated parmesan to sprinkle

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4
2. Butter each mould in a mini muffin tins tray.
3. Beat together butter and sugar, then add the egg and beat well.
4. Add flour, baking powder, salt, garlic, dried herbs & grated cheddar cheese.
5. Beat this mixture well until it becomes light & fluffy.
6. Spoon the mixture into a prepared tin. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
7. Bake in the pre heated oven for 10-15 minutes until golden and risen.
9. Eat warm on their own or as an accompaniment with the chorizo and chick pea stew!
